Rapattoni Magic+

This system is used by REALTOR associations. It can take quite a while to learn and master. Although there are other alternative systems, many of my colleagues have come back to using this one.

I've used Rapattoni Net Magic and not been impressed. As the CFO of the association I was very much concerned with the quality of financial information I could report on as well as how payments and credits were applied and used. I never was able to satisfy myself with a solid auditable financial report from the system. Each month, my bookkeepers spent time reconciling payments, cancelations and open invoices to determine what revenue we took in and who still owed money. Rapattoni tracks who is a member well and integrates with the National Realtor Database System (NRDS) well, but leaves the accounting information wanting.
